What is bird ringing and why does it matter? Local bird ringer, Christine George, will give an illustrated presentation on bird ringing followed by a guided walk through the Pinetum at roosting time. Learn about the birds that live at Bedgebury in the winter and, perhaps catch sight of late summer visitors or early migrants that overwinter here.
Tickets cost £12 per person (£8 per person for just the talk). The event will start at the Visitor Centre at 1.30pm and will last for about 2.5 hours.
