Bedgebury welcomes Kent Children's University members and is an official Children's University Learning Destination. We have Learning Destination trails available from the Information Office.

The Friends' Learning Bursary Scheme

The Friends of Bedgebury Pinetum is a charitable organisation that aims to promote tree-related engagement, research and learning at Bedgebury, one of the finest conifer collections in the world. We wish to encourage people to come to Bedgebury to learn about the Pinetum, its tree collection and Bedgebury's tree conservation efforts. Our support is directed to those who might not be able to come without our help.

If you are a school, and you would like to come to Bedgebury to participate in a learning programme organised by the Forestry Commission's Learning Team, you might be eligible for support under our Learning Bursary Scheme. Call 0300 067 4474 for more information or visit the Forestry Commission's website.
